OST is proud to announce our selection for the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) IDIQ contract. This 10-year program, valued at $151 billion, is a vital component of the Golden Dome initiative.

Our new CEO, Marcus Collier

MCLEAN, VA, June 1, 2023, OST, Inc. announced today that industry leader Marcus Collier as its new chief executive officer, effective June 15, 2023. He will succeed Vijay Narula, who will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Collier will also be a member of the board.

Collier is a highly respected CEO and industry veteran with over three decades of technology and leadership experience. He is a proven technology leader with a distinguished track record of innovation, talent development, and deep knowledge of the government’s digital transformation, civilian, and defense markets.

Throughout numerous interactions, it was apparent that Marcus shared OST’s values-based cultural leadership approach with a hyper-focus on operational execution. After careful consideration, the company concluded that now is the right time to make this leadership change to draw on Marcus’s technology and services expertise as the company positions for growth.

Collier brings a distinguished and proven track record of driving strong enterprise financial results and fostering an inclusive culture focused on entrepreneurship and high performance.
