Kimberley “Kim” Hayes serves as Chief Operating Officer of OST, where she is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening enterprise execution, and ensuring consistent value delivery for customers, employees, and stakeholders. She brings a results-oriented leadership style focused on scalability, innovation, customer experience, and mission impact.
Kim is a seasoned executive with a strong record of building and leading high-performing, mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining OST, she served as CEO of Ambit Group, where she led the company through significant growth and transformation while fostering a people-centered, performance-driven culture. A service-disabled veteran, Kim is a Federal 100 Award recipient, an ACT-IAC Fellow, and a graduate of the Yale School of Management.
